Lucien - Runescape Mahjarrat rework

One of the Iconic villains of Runescape redesigned. was done as part of a project to re-work all the Mahjarrats, powerful entities of the world of Gielinor, of runescape and update their models, with varying degrees of budget allocation. which is why some appear to have a higher design pass on them then others.
