Runescape The Arc Islands - Characters

Some of the NPC character design exploration done for Runescape's expansion "The Arc - Eastern Islands". quiet a few of the idea's explored here were either not used or deemed too dark and re-worked. Regardless, these were very fun ideas to explore.
